The Vietnamese community of San Jose delegation who protested the GEO program of sending American students to Vietnam and recruiting foreign Vietnamese students for the local community colleges are pictured wtih Rosa Perez, Chancellor of the SJECC District, with their unprecedented agreement.  The Communist Vietnamese government had made propaganda materials from the upcoming student exchange.
