In Hai Phong City, on August 16, this banner was hung over the overpass “Lach Tray” which reads “Protect the sovereignty of Vietnam’s lands and Islands - Democracy and Human Rights for Vietnam - Pluralism and Multi-party for Vietnam”.

The Amerasian Fellowship Association visited Washington to encourage adoption of HR4007, authored by Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose). Mike Honda (D-Cupertino) also signed on to support the bill.
