Scott Pham writes of a Radio Free Asia report that the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is attempting to be a PRTNR (Permanent Normal Trade Relations) with the United States. People are encouraged to write their Congresspersons to oppose this status, and to ask them to support the Vietnam Human Rights Bill presentaly stalled in the Senate.   more »
