Her Excellency Zoe Lofgren

Congresswoman

U.S. House of Representatives

Washington  DC

Re:  Protesters throughout Vietnam soon.

Dear Congresswoman Lofgren,

We have been highly impressed and profoundly appreciated your prompt generous and humanitarian assistance to our unfortunate repressed Vietnamese inside and outside Vietnam for many years. The protesters in Vietnam include millions of oppressed people who have been confiscated (simply robbed off) their legitimate personal properties including their land, houses, religious and constitutional rights.

We expect there will be many additional protests in very near future throughout Vietnam . Please be informed that the so-called Vietnamese government has never been freely elected by Vietnamese People. All three government branches of Legislative, Executive and Judiciary have been strictly held by the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV). The CPV cannot keep lying to the international communities about its political legitimacy and shameful cover-up of systematic corruptions from all levels of government. Millions of repressed citizens who had desperately filed complaints to different levels of Vietnamese government for over 62 years have never been granted government's considerations, fair solutions and monetary compensations.

We have been extremely outraged that the current totalitarian regime in Vietnam keeps fooling the governments around the world including super power American government and People that it is the legitimate government which represents 84.5 million citizens in Vietnam . In reality, the CPV only represents its 2.5 million members and their associated people such as their family members, friends and their corrupted business associated people.

It is so tragic that they used over 1,500 police and chest/ body-tattooed street gangsters to disperse, arrest and badly physically hurt our homeless and hungry 1,700 protesters in Saigon .  They will continue using police, armed forces and body-tattooed street gangsters to disperse future protests as they had smothered Father Nguyen Van Lys mouth on March 30, 07 in a hasty trial which lasted only a few hours and finally gave out an extremely harsh sentence of 8 years of imprisonment and 5 years of home confinement to him. Other 4 religious/ political dissidents Nguyen Thanh Phong, Nguyen Binh Thanh, Tran Thi Le Hang and Le Thi Anh Dao also have been given heavy jail terms.

As your constituents we absolutely trust you, one of the most competent and powerful political leaders, to help out millions of unfortunate people in Vietnam who have been under severe persecution for over 62 years. May God bless you and your loved ones.

Respectfully yours,
